KUALA LUMPUR, 7 March 2025 – His Majesty Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim has graciously conferred Federal Territory Honours, Stars, and Medals to 32 recipients in conjunction with the 2025 Federal Territory Day celebration. The conferment ceremony took place during the 2025 Federal Territory Honours, Stars, and Medals Investiture Ceremony held on 7 March 2025 at Istana Negara, Kuala Lumpur.
At this year’s investiture, two individuals were awarded the Second Rank Honour, Seri Mahkota Wilayah (S.M.W.), which carries the title “Datuk Seri.” Nine individuals received the Third Rank Honour, Panglima Mahkota Wilayah (P.M.W.), carrying the title “Datuk.” Six recipients were conferred the Fourth Rank Honour, Johan Mahkota Wilayah (J.M.W.), while five received the Fifth Rank Honour, Kesatria Mahkota Wilayah (K.M.W.). Additionally, four individuals were awarded the Sixth Rank Honour, Ahli Mahkota Wilayah (A.M.W.), and six received the Seventh Rank Honour, Pingat Pangkuan Mahkota Wilayah (P.P.W.).
Leading the 2025 recipients’ list for the Seri Mahkota Wilayah, which carries the title “Datuk Seri,” are YB Datuk Seri Dr. Zaliha binti Mustafa, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories), and YBhg. Datuk Seri Noridah binti Abdul Rahim, Director-General of the Federal Territories Department.
Among the recipients of the Panglima Mahkota Wilayah, which carries the title “Datuk,” are YB Datuk Ahmad Fahmi bin Mohamed Fadzil, Minister of Communications; YBhg. Datuk Syed Hamadah bin Syed Othman, Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Lembaga Tabung Haji; YBhg. Datuk Haji Azman bin Adnan, Director-General of Education Malaysia, Ministry of Education; YA Datuk Hayatul Akmal binti Abdul Aziz, Judge of the Kuala Lumpur High Court; YBhg. Datuk Muhammad Razman bin Abu Samah, Director-General of the Public-Private Partnership Unit; YBhg. Datuk Zahid bin Ismail, Director-General of the Malaysian Productivity Corporation; YBhg. Datuk Ts. Dr. Fazidah binti Abu Bakar, Director-General of the National Digital Department; YBhg. Datuk Haji Dickson Dollah, Director-General of the Malaysian Marine Department; and YBhg. Datuk Zulharry bin Abdul Rashid, Legal Officer at Istana Negara.
Recipients of the Johan Mahkota Wilayah from among civil servants and statutory body officials include YBrs. Encik Mokhtaruddin bin Lamsin of the National Archives of Malaysia; YBrs. Encik Mohammed bin Hassan of the Zakat Collection Centre, Federal Territory Islamic Religious Council; YBrs. Tuan Haji Shahruddin bin Yusof of the Kuala Lumpur National Planetarium; YBrs. Ts. Norrani binti Eksan of the Ministry of Health; YBrs. Puan Suzana binti Alias of the Federal Territories Department; and YBrs. LAr. Haslinda binti Khalid of the Putrajaya Corporation.
