[VIDEO] Songket tersenarai di bawah Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity

15 DISEMBER 2021 – Songket telah disenaraikan di bawah Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity semasa 16th Session of the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Sesi tersebut telah berlangsung pada 13 – 18 Disember 2021 secara dalam talian dari Ibu Pejabat UNESCO di Paris, France.

Menurut Kementerian Pelancongan, Seni dan Budaya (MOTAC) melalui satu siaran media yang diedarkan hari ini, keputusan pencalonan Songket telah diumumkan pada 15 Disember 2021 jam 5.55 petang (waktu Malaysia).
